Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be required to confirm this via email and with a photo showing the condition of the outer packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note shipping fees are not refundable in the case of “Change of mind” reasons and the customer will incur the shipping costs of returning the product. 10% of the order total will also be deducted as a restocking fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In rare cases we may require a clear, time stamped video evidence showing the mirror being unboxed and clearly demonstrating that the damage was present upon arrival.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Failure to Pay
Where goods have been dispatched under approved payment terms and payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to:
- suspend future orders,
- charge reasonable recovery costs,
- engage debt collection services, and/or
- recover the goods supplied.
Retention of Title
Ownership of all goods remains with Stylish Mirrors until payment has been received in full and cleared funds are confirmed.
We reserve the right to recover goods supplied where payment has not been made in accordance with agreed terms.
