Due to the size of the item, the delivery driver may require assistance in unloading.

Please note that the item is delivered by the courier/freight company's driver and they DON'T offer services such as bringing the item into the property for customers, removal and disposal of packaging, assembly of furniture/items or delivery upstairs.

Most freight companies will liaise with you regarding delivery dates. Please ensure that you/someone is at home to receive the delivery. If a delivery is missed, the customer would have to pay for the re-delivery fee of the item.

If the item is being sent to an apartment address, the receiver MUST arrange someone to meet the driver at the front of the apartment and bring the item(s) upstairs themselves. The driver DOES NOT offer the service to bring the item(s) up to the apartment for customers.

Please check the item as soon as you receive it. Please report to us if there’s any damage on arrival within 3 days from the day the item was received as per insurance company’s policy (Apply to Sydney Metro Only).

We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item in cases where you have changed your mind or made an incorrect purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a change of mind refund. Deductions may apply including Initial and Return Shipping, as well as restocking fee of 20% of the product price

Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be required to confirm this via email and with a photo showing the condition of the outer packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note shipping fees are not refundable in the case of “Change of mind” reasons.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card or payment method for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. 

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@stylishmirrors.com.au. If you use a third party shipping company to ship your product internationally you void any right to claim a refund under any and all circumstances.

Shipment Costs:

We only ship within Australia and shipment costs vary between products due to weight and/or delivery location. Please ensure you check individual product descriptions to ensure it is deliverable to your address before purchasing.

Do you have a warehouse or showroom that I can visit?

We are completely online. We put through the orders to our suppliers who ship direct from their warehouses to you. This allows us to offer the best price possible for our large range of Mirrors.

What are your shipping details?
