Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If the product you receive is defective, damaged or does not match the description, you may be eligible to return, refund or exchange it under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We are committed to ensuring that all products meet customers' expectations for quality and reliability. However, please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.
Delivery time
Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. The delivery time (excluding weekends and public holidays) is as follows:
For customers in Victoria: approximately 7 to 10 working days.
For customers in New South Wales, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory and Queensland: approximately 9-12 working days.
For customers in Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Tasmania: approximately 9 to 12 working days.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be required to confirm this via email and with a photo showing the condition of the outer packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note shipping fees are not refundable in the case of “Change of mind” reasons and the customer will incur the shipping costs of returning the product. 10% of the order total will also be deducted as a restocking fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In rare cases we may require a clear, time stamped video evidence showing the mirror being unboxed and clearly demonstrating that the damage was present upon arrival.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card or payment method for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@stylishmirrors.com.au. If you use a third party shipping company to ship your product internationally you void any right to claim a refund under any and all circumstances.
Shipment Costs:
We only ship within Australia and shipment costs vary between products due to weight, size and/or delivery location. Our suppliers set the shipping fees, we do not add anything to this.
Do you have a warehouse or showroom that I can visit?
We are completely online. We put through the orders to our suppliers who ship direct from their warehouses to you. This allows us to offer the best price possible for our large range of Mirrors.
What are your shipping details?
